Participants aged 16 and older sign for themselves. A parent or legal guardian can add children under 16 to their own waiver, or sign for the children without taking part.
After submitting, check your email and keep any received copy available. If neither you nor staff have a received copy, complete a paper waiver in store.

Unsent details expire after 30 minutes without an edit. Signatures and confirmations are never saved in a draft. An uncertain submitted request is separate and cannot be discarded here.
